EDITORIAL
Dear Readers,
Welcome to the first Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Refugee (BAMER) Archive Newsletter. I have decided to create a separate newsletter distinct from the Black & Asian Heritage Mix Newsletter to highlight issues relating more specifically to the archive sector.
I am hoping to comment on the British archive sector in the near future, especially on the lack of workforce diversity. You will also find a separate “Archive Sector” category on Blackeuroperesources.com. Please see right-hand side menu of the website.
In case you are not inspired by the intricacies of the recordkeeping sector, I hope you will keep on reading my other newsletters and blogposts.
Please remember that you can also follow me on Twitter @blackeresources, where you will find more “everyday news” on diversity, that you will not necessarily find on the website.
Keep well and stay safe,
Thushari
